He currently serves as the Director for Innovation, Operations and Solutions at Oral Roberts University (ORU) working alongside award-winning industry and business CIO, Michael Mathews. Victor specializes in providing cutting edge technology solutions to ORU students, faculty and staff and is responsible for purchasing, implementation and maintenance of information technology resources across the campus. With a first degree in Management Information Systems and a Masters in Business Administration, Victor is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his diverse giftings and positive attitude to encourage others to work hard and fulfil their potential. Victor is an indigene of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.
