Course Description

This course is designed for people with experience in chaplaincy and a desire to join a larger chaplaincy training program. After surveying different concepts related to school chaplaincy, students will be able to implement a strategy for working with children and staff when they are faced with life events. Specific topics are addressed such as child development, faith, communication, and applying the foundation of chaplaincy in any environment.
